                                                                             Cancellation Policy and Refunds

60 days prior to your arrival date we will refund any payment made by you less an administration fee of the equivalent of Euro 50.
Between 60 and 30 days from your arrival date we will refund 50% of any sum paid.
30 days or less before your arrival date no refund will be made.

The person booking the holiday is responsible for any damage caused to the property of either Podere Zollaio or Casa Eden by their party

We work hard to maintain the beauty of our home here in Vinci so when you are visiting us we need you to do the same.
Either at home or on holiday we all generate waste.Here in Vinci the Commune has gone to great lengths to organise a practical system of collection and disposal using bins for specific waste items.
If you are unsure about anything we are only too happy to help.
