Prices for 2026 Season
Please Note:In March 2012 Vinci council,as well as others around Italy, introduced a new tourist tax which requires that our clients pay Euro 1,50 (1 Euro for Casa Eden), per person per day up to a maximum of 6 days of their stay.Children under 14 and registered disabled persons are exempt from the charge.
This tax was introduced in order to maintain the attractions and facilities that are visited and used by tourists.
'Low Season' runs from the 7th of January to the 31st of March and from the 5th of November to the 20th of December
'Mid Season' runs from the 1st of April to the 31st of May and the 1st of September to the 4th of November
'High Season' runs from the 1st of June to the the 31st of August
Christmas and New Year period: 21st December to the 6th of January 2027 are priced at Mid Season Prices
The minimum rental period during High Season is 5 nights.
During Low Season we are happy to accept bookings for shorter periods

The price of rental includes all mains services, use of swimming pool,(in season and/or dependant on weather conditions),and all linens and towels with the exception of beach towels for use at the pool.These must either be supplied yourself or can be hired for an additional Euro 3 per towel.Bathroom towels are NOT permitted to be used at the pool.
For rental periods of two weeks or more a change of linens is provided.
For children under the age of three, we'll be happy to provide a high chair and cot free of charge.
Prior to departure a fee of €50 is payable for the final cleaning of the apartment.
Welcome Pack:
On arrival you will find the following supplied, (subject to availability)
In the kitchen: 2 bottles of wine, 1 Ampoule of our own extra virgin olive oil
1 washing up sponge and a container of washing up liquid
In the bathroom:2 rolls of toilet paper,1 soap dispenser and packets of shower/shampoo gel

During the winter months and at any other time that heating is required the cost of gas consumed will be calculated for the period of your holiday and charged to you at the end of your stay at €5 for every cubic metre used
