In the kitchen there are two brown containers for the collection of organic waste. One is marked "COMP" and must be used for the waste you can throw in the compost bin. * The other container is marked with a drawing of a cow and a fish and is used to collect leftover fish, meat, bones, soiled napkins and kitchen towel and natural bottle corks. They CANNOT be thrown into the compost bin but must be placed in a bag that you close carefully and give to us
